The HighTensity Sessions Report

FORGET LONG-DISTANCE RUNNING! Breakthrough Secrets That Weight Loss Experts REFUSE To Tell You About How To Burn EVEN MORE Fat In Less Time Than Your Average 1-Hour Workout

Who Is This Report For?

report-confidentMost people start running to in hopes of losing weight and burning off the fat they accumulated over the years, but the way that they go about it is all wrong.

If your workouts consist of spending all day walking on the treadmill, reading a magazine on the exercise bike, or watching the news on the elliptical machine and barely working up a sweat, then this report was created for just for you.

If you know that running is the best way to lose some weight, but a.) absolutely hate long distance running, b.) do not have the stamina to run for long periods of time, or c.) both, then the technique that I describe in this report is perfect for you.

And finally, if you consider yourself to be just an Average Joe (or an Average Jane) who didn’t happen to be gifted with an insanely fast metabolism and just wants to lose weight without being a super-athlete, then this report was written especially for you.

What This Report Is All About

hightensity-sessionsThis report is about a workout technique that I accidentally stumbled upon which I decided to call The HighTensity Sessions technique.

This technique will allow you to burn off just as much fat (if not more) in half the time than the traditional workout that most people have gotten accustomed to, and is the core of “The Average Joe’s Guide To Running For Weight Loss” which you’ll read about at the end of this report.

If you apply what you’re about to read, you will be able to lose more weight for much less time then you’re probably already putting in or plan to put in every workout. I’ll reveal to you how you can slash your workout times by half, and still get a whole lot more out of your running sessions. There will also be lesser chances of you skipping a workout because you will no longer feel that all your free time is being sucked out by time-draining workouts that simply just do not get results.

Have you ever come across people who seem like they’re putting in so much time in their workouts yet just never seem to lose weight? Well, you’re about to learn how to avoid being that type of person by performing time-efficient workouts that give you more “bang for your buck.” You might find yourself having having people come up to you asking for weight loss advice wondering what your “secret” is, simply because they never seem to see or hear you talk about how long you’ve spent at the gym.

Nothing is more depressing than going shopping and having to buy the same (or bigger) sizes of clothes, an admission that all your efforts to lose weight have failed you. Apply this knowledge, and I believe you will have no problem fitting in to clothes of smaller sizes. I was personally in awe when I was able to pull out a shirt that I stopped wearing because my belly got too big, and fit perfectly in it.

How I Discovered The HighTensity Sessions Technique

hightensity-sessions-imageAround six months ago, I was 25 pounds above what used to be my average weight. The big shock came to me because it only took around a year and a half for me to gain all that weight. One look at my average day and you’ll discover how it came to that:

I spent 3 hours a day commuting to and from the office, spent 9.5 hours sitting down at a desk, and roughly 7.5 hours sleeping. The 3-4 hours of free time I had every weekday were reserved for chores, friends, family and relaxation (usually TV and Internet).

It doesn’t take a genius to see that this was a very sedentary lifestyle. Though gaining 25 pounds in a little over a year might sound like a totally unrealistic figure to you, it really isn’t. Do the math: gaining 1.5 pounds every month (which is totally possible and pretty easy to ignore) will have you looking at yourself in the mirror a year and a half after and suddenly notice see a fat, chubby blob staring back at you.

After seeing family pictures from the last holiday, I knew that I had to do something to lose weight — and fast.  So I did what every person in their right mind would do, and started jogging. I wanted to take it easy, so my workouts weren’t very rigorous and I would actually walk during this workout part of the time.

I did lose a couple of pounds in the first few weeks of jogging, mainly because I was so sedentary and any aerobic activity was much better than none at all. Motivated by my initial success, I started running for a lot longer — working my way up to 60 minutes per workout.

But the horrible part is that after two months of consistent jogging (I averaged about four times a week, sometimes even five or six) I stopped seeing any more weight loss. After losing the first few pounds, my weight mostly stayed the same. There were actually some instances when I would find myself gaining a pound or two even after I’ve jogged five times a week!

Those of you who’s been through this could share the frustration that I went through. Imagine putting in 4-5 hours into your workouts every week and stepping on the scale on Sunday morning, only to find out that you did not lose any weight whatsoever — or even worse, gained more weight!

This can definitely be a very puzzling, confusing, and a very frustrating time for anybody who has experienced this. I knew that my workouts just were not cutting it for me. Something had to change, but the bad part was that I had no idea what it was I was doing wrong.

The Discovery Of HighTensity Sessions

woman-stretchingOne day, I had a special dinner to attend to which only gave me around an hour to prepare for. I wanted to squeeze in a workout before the dinner, but there was no way I was going to make it if I did my usual 60 minute walk-jog routine. So I decided that for this instance, I would cut my workout shorter than usual but I would push myself to really work up a sweat by running at a much higher intensity than I’ve been doing so for the last couple of months.

The difference in the workout was quite incredible, to say the least.

Maybe it was because I was bored with my current routine, maybe it was because I was busy, or maybe it was because I was just sick of putting in 60 minutes at a time and not getting any results. Whatever my reason was, I decided to use that same workout for the rest of the week.

I was shocked and astonished to step on the scale on Sunday morning and see that I actually lost 2 pounds, finally breaking the plateau I’ve been having for months. The week after that, I dropped 3 pounds. Then another 2.

Ever since then, I dropped the lower intensity, long-distance, time intensive jogging and exchanged that with shorter but higher intensity workouts. After just six or seven weeks of this type of running, I’ve dropped at least 15 pounds and look much healthier than ever before.

Are these results possible for you? My answer is a resounding HELL YES!

This report is going to reveal to you exactly how you can lose more weight and burn more fat in much less time.
